Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1.Check,Review and Correct Consultant s Electrical,ELV Design ,Managing MEP Electrical projects, showcasing proficiency in design, execution and project oversight across various industries. 2.Managing project feasibility studies and coordinating with consultants effectively. 3.Proficient in Electrical System Design, Fire Alarm systems, Elevator requirements, and Building management systems. 4.Contractor appointments, thorough factory inspections, and on-time project deliveries consistently. 5.Leadership and effective communication abilities while collaborating with stakeholders to streamline project operations seamlessly. 6.Executing design audits, ensuring quality standards, and collaborating with certification consultants for LEED, WELL, EDGE and GRESB projects compliance. 7.Design audit quality assessments to elevate project standards performance. 8.Overseeing the maintenance and operations of building MEP services effectively. 9.Ability to optimize project costs, enhance team performance, and deliver high-quality results within strict timelines. 10.Review and Validation of VT consultant s inputs basis detailed Traffic analysis for optimal elevator design/ planning in projects from concept stage onwards. 11.Awareness of Operation Maintenance for electrical equipment and machinery to ensure operational efficiency. 12.Knowledge of Local/International by-laws and statutory requirement. 13.Collaboration with vendors to streamline design and ensure seamless operations. 14.Implementation of Building Management System 15. Basic knowledge of BIM,360 Docs Digital twin
