Job Description

Software Proficiency Autodesk Revit MEP (primary tool) Navisworks (for clash detection & coordination) AutoCAD (for 2D drafts) BIM 360 / ACC (cloud collaboration) Recap / Point Cloud (optional, for as-built modeling) MEP Systems Knowledge HVAC systems: ducts, piping, equipment Electrical systems: lighting, power, panel schedules Plumbing systems: water supply, drainage Fire protection systems: sprinklers, pump rooms BIM Standards & LOD Understanding of LOD 100 to LOD 500 Familiarity with international/national BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650, AIA) Clash Detection & Coordination Using Navisworks Manage to detect and resolve clashes Coordinating with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines Drawing & Documentation Creating detailed shop drawings Schedules, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and as-built documentation Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Ability to commute/relocate: Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): What is your Current And Expected CTC?
