Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Menu Analyst located in Delhi, India. The Menu Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing restaurant menus, conducting market research, gathering and interpreting data, providing insights and recommendations, and collaborating with restaurant management to implement menu changes. Daily tasks include data collection, trend analysis, menu design, pricing strategy, and reporting to ensure maximum profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct menu engineering analysis to identify high-performing and underperforming items.
• Suggest menu improvements focused on profitability, design, pricing, and SEO.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely menu updates across platforms (POS, online aggregators, etc.).
• Understand client requirements, discuss challenges, and propose practical menu solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure menu accuracy and consistency across all formats (digital and print).
• Stay updated with F&B trends, seasonal ingredients, and competitive offerings to provide valuable insights.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to enhance the visual appeal and readability of menus.
• Maintain clear records of menu changes and communicate updates effectively to all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of menu engineering and restaurant operations.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for menu and data analysis.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
