The Opportunity

Join us as a Full-Time Mentor – Data Analytics

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging live and interactive sessions in Data Analytics and related tools.
• Provide one-on-one mentorship and guidance to learners throughout their training journey.
• Design, update, and maintain lesson plans, datasets, and hands-on projects aligned with industry standards.
• Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support learners by resolving doubts through chats, calls, or live sessions.
• Inspire learners to work on real-world analytics projects and pursue successful data careers.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong knowledge of Data Analytics concepts — Data Cleaning, Data Visualization, Exploratory Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, etc.
• Expertise in tools and technologies such as Excel, SQL, Python (NumPy, Pandas), Power BI/Tableau.
• Experience in working with databases and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and GitHub.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex data concepts and create an interactive learning experience.
• Minimum 3 years of industry experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or relevant disciplines.
• Prior teaching or mentoring experience is preferred.

Compensation

Monthly Salary — ₹40,000
