Job Description

We are seeking experienced and passionate Mentors to guide students and professionals in mastering modern technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for teaching, and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners.

You’ll play a key role in training, mentoring, and inspiring individuals to succeed in fast-growing fields like AI, Machine Learning, and Full-Stack Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive mentorship sessions (onsite) focused on practical learning.
• Guide learners through real-world projects, assignments, and technical challenges.
• Provide personalized feedback and learning support.
• Design or adapt learning materials and project-based modules.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and tools in your domain.
• Collaborate with the training and academic teams to enhance learner success.

Required Skills & Expertise

Candidates may specialize in one or more of the following areas:

• Python Programming
• Data Science & Power BI
• Machine Learning / Deep Learning
• Generative AI, GPT & Prompt Engineering
• AI Agents & Integration
• MLOps / Cloud / Azure
• Full-Stack Development (Front-end & Back-end)
• UI/UX Design
• Cybersecurity

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Teaching, Mentorship, or Training.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English .
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
