We prioritize structural integrity, material innovation, and uncompromising execution in every garment. # Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced MENSWEAR DESIGNER to join our team in chennai. You will be responsible for leading the design and development of outerwear and denim products. You will collaborate closely with our founder, pattern makers, and tailoring teams to ensure that every garment meets our exacting standards. # Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop outerwear and denim products that align with our brands aesthetic and quality standards • Create precise sketches, technical drawings, and garment specifications • Source and develop premium fabrics, trims, and finishes • Collaborate with pattern makers and tailors to refine fit, structure, and detailing • Oversee prototype development and ensure quality control • Lead sampling and fittings, providing technical corrections and refinements # Qualifications: • 4+ years of experience in denim, outerwear, or high-end streetwear design • Strong technical expertise in garment construction, pattern making, and finishing techniques • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, CLO 3D, and Gerber • Experience working directly with tailors and pattern masters • Ability to navigate production challenges while maintaining design integrity and efficiency # What We Offer: • Creative leadership and hands-on execution • Commitment to excellence and high-quality craftsmanship • A focused, high-performance studio environment • Opportunity to shape the future of Lostemples product line # How to Apply: To apply, please email your portfolio, resume, and a breakdown of your design process to info@lostemple.co.in.
