Member Hub Executive | 5+ Years | Coimbatore | Work from Office A UK-based digital agency is looking for an experienced Member Hub Executive professional to manage customer relationships and drive CRM initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in client engagement, CRM coordination, content management, and customer support . You will work closely with internal teams to enhance user experience and implement CRM-driven improvements. Location: Coimbatore, India Experience: 5+ years Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office Salary: 4,50,000 - 8,00,000 per year Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize the CRM platform to improve customer engagement and retention. Oversee migration from the legacy dashboard, ensuring completion by Q2. Introduce new tools, such as video tutorials , to enhance CRM functionality. Launch managed service offerings with integrated payment options . Collaborate with brand managers to curate and improve content within the CRM system Implement tracking analytics to monitor engagement and usage trends. Develop training materials for staff and franchisees to maximize CRM utilization. Coordinate with IT, marketing, and cross-functional teams for CRM updates. Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and support. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Marketing, IT, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in CRM coordination, client management, or digital marketing . Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). Strong knowledge of UX principles, digital platforms, and CMS management . Experience in data analytics and performance tracking .
