We, VSP Ispat Pvt Ltd company in Foundry Industry( Iron and Steel) located in Chandapur, Hathnoora Mandal, Sangareddy Dist near Doultabad, Telangana State . We are looking for a fresher / Experienced Candidates in the field of Melting Supervisor. Job Responsibilities: Involve overseeing and coordinating the activities of production workers in a melting department, ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, and managing safety and training. * Supervise Melting Operations * Team Management * Safety Compliance * Quality Control * Equipment Management * Production Scheduling * Troubleshooting * Reporting * Process Optimization * Inventory Management * Training and Development * Documentation Education Qualification : High school diploma or equivalent.Technical certification in metallurgy, engineering, or related fields is a plus. Experience : 0 to 04 yrs SKILLS Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of furnace operations, metallurgy, casting processes, and safety standards in a foundry. Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading and managing a team, with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Safety Awareness: Solid understanding of industrial safety standards and a track record of enforcing safety practices on the shop floor. Attention to Detail: Ability to detect and troubleshoot issues with metal quality, furnace performance, and other equipment. Physical Stamina: Ability to work in high-temperature environments and stand for long periods as needed. Working Conditions: Work in a foundry environment, exposed to high temperatures, noise, and potentially hazardous materials. Shift work may be required based on the operational needs of the facility. PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) will be provided and must be worn at all times.
