Key Responsibilities Greet customers and take orders accurately (POS handling). Manage billing, cash, card, and UPI transactions efficiently. Coordinate with the kitchen team for order flow. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the counter. Handle customer queries and ensure a positive dining experience. Pack takeaway orders neatly and correctly. Track daily sales and report to the manager. Skills & Requirements Basic knowledge of POS systems. Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced QSR environment. Prior experience as a cashier or front-desk staff is a plus. Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass.
