Job Title: Engineer / Sr. Engineer – Site Quality (Civil) Location: Karur (Tamil Nadu)/ Dangri (Jaisalmer) Experience: 3-5 Years Industry: Renewable Energy / Wind Turbine Employment Type: Full-time. Contact: 8087244413 sales@nexkorenewable.com Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer – Quality Control to oversee and ensure the quality and compliance of civil construction activities in wind turbine projects. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in quality control within the wind energy sector , with expertise in foundation construction, material testing, and adherence to industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Understanding and implementation of civil foundation quality control plan requirements at site. Implementation of foundation design documentation at site. Testing and witness of cubes, raw material at site and testing labs. To ensure the effective implementation of IS codes in execution of foundation castings at site. Ensure the implementation of mix design recipes in batching plants. Incoming & in process inspection of foundation raw materials and batching plants. Reporting of civil activities at corporate office. Interpretation of external agency reports for soil investigate on, core tests etc. Customer observations handling for foundation casting. Road survey and construction inspection for internal transportation at site. Co-ordination with third party inspection agencies for foundation inspection. Key Requirements: Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Experience & Skills: 3-5 years of experience in quality control of civil works in the wind turbine/renewable energy sector . Strong understanding of wind turbine foundation construction and material testing . Good Knowledge on Civil Quality work at the site. Should be willing to travel extensively. Proper documentation knowledge as per ISO 9001 requirement. Familiarity with IS, ASTM, BS, and IEC standards for civil construction. Proficient in QA/QC documentation, reporting, and compliance tracking . Experience with quality control software/tools is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Certifications (Preferred but not Mandatory): ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) Certification . Certification in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) for concrete structures. Six Sigma or similar quality control certification.
