Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Business Development Manager with at least 5 years of experience in the Indian two-wheeler accessories sector. The ideal candidate must have strong network and connections within the two-wheeler industry, especially among OEMs and should be skilled in market analysis, relationship management, and business expansion. This is a high-impact role with a wide charter involving the creation of new product lines, defining go-to-market plans, and scaling new business verticals. Key Responsibilities: Identify and explore new business opportunities within the two-wheeler OEM segment. Leverage strong industry networks to generate leads and open new partnerships Build and manage strategic relationships with OEM decision-makers, suppliers, and stakeholders Conduct detailed market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities Coordinate with internal teams to align business development with product offerings Represent Mega Audio at trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings Prepare growth strategies, business proposals, and performance reports Ownership and execution Build the business vertical with clear KPIs and success metrics Key Skills & Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within the two-wheeler automotive industry Strong networking with OEMs, vendors, and suppliers in the automotive space Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong knowledge of market trends, customer behaviour, and supply chain dynamics Proactive, strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
