***PHONE BANKING OFFICER - INBOUND VOICE PROCESS (CUSTOMER SERVICE)*** Responsibilities: Manage customer queries via phone banking & outbound calls Provide exceptional service through inbound voice processing Handle incoming calls with expertise Resolve issues promptly as CSR Crosselling and up-selling part of your KPI.
