Field Sales Executive indore 1 - 31 years INR 2.4 - 4.2 Lacs P.A. On-site Full Time

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Solar Sales Executive to promote and sell rooftop and ground-mounted solar power solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. The candidate should have strong communication skills, basic technical understanding of solar systems, and the ability to close sales. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business leads for solar rooftop and solar power plant projects Conduct site visits and collect technical details (connected load, shadow analysis, roof area, etc.) Explain solar system benefits, savings, ROI, and government subsidies to customers Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals and quotations Coordinate with the engineering and project team for feasibility and execution Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and sales reports Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience in solar EPC sales or electrical/energy sector sales Local market knowledge and dealer/network contacts Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
