Job Title: International BPO Voice & Chat Blended Process Executive Location: Pune, Maharashtra Experience: 0-5 Years Salary: Up to 3 LPA In hand 18-23k (Fresher) / Up to 6 LPA 30% hike on last salary (Experience) Shift: US/UK Rotational (Including Night Shifts) About the Role: We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our International BPO team in Pune. The role involves handling voice and chat support for international clients, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a blended process role, requiring flexibility to switch between voice and chat channels seamlessly. Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service via voice calls and chat support Resolve customer queries efficiently and accurately Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction Document interactions and update customer records accurately Adhere to process guidelines and quality standards Collaborate with team members to meet targets and improve service delivery Desired Candidate Profile: Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written) Prior experience in BPO or customer service (preferred but freshers can also apply) Ability to handle multiple channels (voice and chat) Good problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including nights Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Perks and benefits: Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
