Mega Hiring For Freshers/Experienced - International Voice/Blended

Position:

International Client Support Executive (Voice/Chat/Blended)

Note:

Role & Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via voice calls and online chat in a timely and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive rapport.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, response time, and customer satisfaction scores.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Graduate/Undergraduate fresher and candidates with minimum 1 year of international BPO experience are preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional international languages are a plus).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
Proficient in using computers and familiarity with CRM systems.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
