Key Responsibilities:
Handling Ayushman Bharat and Mediclaim-related processes and documentation.
Coordinating with patients, TPA representatives, and hospital departments for smooth claim processing.
Managing front desk operations including patient registration, enquiry handling, and coordination.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction.
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of hospital billing and documentation procedures
Basic computer proficiency and data management skills
Team-oriented and customer-focused attitude
