Job Title: Sales & Online Enquiry Executive Location: Medicine Planet Employment Type: Full-Time About the RoleMedicine Planet is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Sales & Online Enquiry Executive to manage our IndiaMART company profile, handle digital and telephonic enquiries, and support walk-in customers/patients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic sales understanding, and confidence in handling online platforms. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and regularly update the company profile, product listings, and responses on IndiaMART. Handle digital enquiries, including WhatsApp, email, and IndiaMART messages. Attend and respond to incoming calls related to products, pricing, availability, and services. Assist and guide walk-in customers/patients with product information and purchasing support. Maintain a record of leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Coordinate with internal teams regarding stock availability and customer requirements. Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a professional relationship with clients. Meet basic sales targets through lead follow-ups and customer interaction. Provide suggestions to improve online visibility and customer engagement. Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or online enquiry handling (preferably in pharma, healthcare, or retail). Familiarity with IndiaMART or similar B2B platforms is an added advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, email, etc.). Ability to manage time, multitask, and work independently. Customer-first attitude with problem-solving ability. SalaryCompetitive salary based on experience + incentives.
