The position is responsible for strategizing and developing a plan for the effective selection and management of the clinical workforce for the Unit and ensuring that they deliver enhanced clinical experience and meet the expectations of patients and other stakeholders.
The responsibility of this position also includes effective clinician engagement & life cycle management of doctors, efficient management of medical capital expenditure, development of nursing strategy, etc.
The position holder shall also lead the medical services team, constantly develop their professional and technical skills, and contribute to their career growth.
The position holder is also accountable for driving change management, culture alignment, digital adoption and any other integrations in the function as per the needs of the Unit.
