Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Superintendent located in Khurja. The Medical Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day clinical and administrative operations of the hospital, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations. Tasks include managing medical staff, coordinating medical services, implementing healthcare policies, handling budgets, and promoting a safe and healthy environment for both patients and staff. Qualifications Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills Experience in hospital administration, management, and healthcare regulations Ability to oversee clinical operations, patient care, and medical services Proficient in budgeting, resource allocation, and financial management Skilled in policy implementation, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance Minimum of a Master's degree in Hospital Administration or equivalent Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with registration and license to practice Extensive experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in a leadership role Send your resume to Career@kailashhealthcare.com Hello - 9716826270 (Gopal)
