Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Medical Stores Executive to join our Ortho-One. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling medical stores in a hospital setting. The role involves various responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of the medical store, inventory management, and timely delivery of medical items to different departments. Key Responsibilities : Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, tracking price changes, handling damaged items, and processing returns. Maintain accurate records, reorder stock, place products on shelves, and remove expired items. Perform regular stock checks and monitor inventory levels. Ensure quality and quantity of goods received from suppliers, and store them properly. Keep the medical store clean, organized, and well-maintained. Record all received items with Goods Receipt Notes (GRN). Manage the Indent Process and ensure timely delivery of items to departments. Follow up regularly on implant bills and ensure prompt processing. Collect expired items from departments and return them to suppliers. Reconcile stock with the accounts department regularly. Submit reports on stock status and inventory levels. Handle Credit Note entries and follow up on related issues. Work with the purchase department to ensure smooth store operations. Candidate Profile : Education : D.Pharm or Equivalent Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in hospital medical stores. Experience in orthopaedics is preferable. Experience in handling implants is an added advantage. Skills : Strong knowledge of medical supplies, implants, and hospital inventory management. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to handle medical items with care and accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and precision in inventory management. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills. Familiarity with medical store software and inventory management systems.
