About the Role :

Medical Staffing Officer

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end staffing for nurses, allied healthcare professionals, and clinical support staff.
Coordinate with US hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities to understand staffing requirements.
Perform sourcing, screening, and placement of qualified healthcare professionals.
Ensure credentialing compliance, including licenses, certifications, background checks, and onboarding documentation.
Maintain scheduling roster, shift assignments, and timesheet monitoring.
Build strong relationships with clinical staff and client facilities.
Handle staffing issues, last-minute shortages, attendance management, and shift escalations.
Track workforce productivity and ensure timely replacements.
Maintain accurate staffing records and reports.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in any discipline (Healthcare Administration preferred).
Proven ervaring/experience in
US healthcare staffing
, medical recruitment, or nurse staffing agency.
Strong knowledge of US healthcare compliance (HIPAA, credentialing, licensing).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume staffing environments.
Proficiency in MS Office, ATS, CRM tools.

Preferred Skills :

Experience working with US hospitals, nursing agencies, MSP/VMS platforms.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple shifts and staffing schedules simultaneously.
