Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a contract hybrid role for a Medical Secretary at a Cosmetic Surgery Clinic. The candidate will be working for a Plastic Surgekn in a full time role for 6 days a week. The Medical Secretary will be responsible for appointment scheduling, maintaining medical office records, utilizing medical terminology, and performing clerical tasks. Polite, soft spoken and previous experience working for a plastic surgeon/ cosmetologist or in beauty industry will be preferable. May have to do the same jobs remotely / from home for 2 days / wk in initial few months. Qualifications Appointment Scheduling and Clerical Skills Proficient in English, Hindi and Gujarati Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Medical Office procedures Typing proficiency Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication skills Experience in a medical office setting is a plus Certification in Medical Office Administration is beneficial Show more Show less
