Job Description: Medical Scribes

We are seeking detail-oriented and dedicated Medical Scribes to assist US physicians by documenting patient encounters in real-time. The role requires excellent listening skills, strong command of English, and the ability to understand medical terminology.

Key Responsibilities

• Document patient histories, physical exams, procedures, and clinical data during live or recorded sessions.
• Prepare and update EMR/EHR charts accurately and efficiently.
• Review and verify medical information for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist physicians with charting, documentation, and clinical notes.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines.
• Coordinate with the provider or internal teams for clarifications and updates.
• Ensure timely completion of all assigned charts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or any related field (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
• Good typing speed (minimum 35–40 wpm) with high accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience as a Medical Scribe, Transcriptionist, or RCM role is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
