We are looking for the Medical Representative to take on a new role, building revenue and managing the Sales for the assigned business markets. (Age Targeted: Upto 30 Years) Min. 2 - 4 years of Sales experience in Pharma / Diagnostic / Healthcare Segment is needed. (We are OK with any speciality sales experience) The shortlisted candidate will get a golden opportunity to start their career into Oncology Speciality Division. Role Responsibilities: Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly. Explain and facilitate adoption of the companys tests by Oncologists for prescription on a regular basis. Allocates yearly forecast among individual sales territories. Monitors and reports monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts against the plan. Key Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to grasp and explain complex scientific concepts. Technical proficiency and problem-solving skills. Self-driven and motivated professional.
