Medical Sales Representative Job Description ( Field Job ) NW Overseas is a 50 years old company dealing in various medical devices. We are traders and exclusive Distributers for various proprietary products in India for Pan India basis. • Selling the company's products (Equipment) to doctors, hospitals and other relevant healthcare professionals. • Making Working report of doctors met during the week • Weekly discussion with mentors about market response for product and better ways to approach doctors with different models of sales. • Developing an in-depth understanding of companys products • Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases. • Following up on leads generated by the company • Preparing presentations for potential customers • Researching competitors products and their respective market performances. • Keeping abreast of new developments in the medical field to determine the effect of such developments on the company's business strategies. • Maintaining client records • Undertaking relevant research • Attending and organising trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings What we Require? • Street smart candidates with a Can Do attitude • Experience in sales. • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks. • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment. • Uphold a strict confidentiality • Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once • Zeal to learn and grow with the company # Candidate Should be Open to Travel (Outstation) for Work # Candidate with a 2-Wheeler # We will train the candidate about our products
