Medical Representative (MR)

As a Medical Representative at Zenni Pharmaceutical Pvt Ltd in Jalandhar, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will include: - Sales & Promotion: Promote Zenni Pharmaceuticals products to healthcare professionals including doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies. - Market Research: Collect and report feedback from medical professionals about the products and market conditions to assist in strategy formulation. - Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest product offerings, market trends, and competitor activities to ensure accurate and effective communication. - Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and reaching out to potential new clients. - Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by effectively driving sales strategies. - Reporting: Regularly report sales activities, market insights, competitor activities, and client feedback to management. - Product Training: Conduct training sessions for doctors and medical staff to ensure a thorough understanding of the product benefits and proper usage. - Compliance: Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and ethical standards in promoting and selling products. Qualifications & Experience: - Minimum Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or any related field. - Experience: 12 years of experience in medical sales or a related role within the pharmaceutical industry. Fresh graduates with a strong academic record and interest in sales are also welcome to apply. - Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge: Familiarity with pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, and the healthcare sector. - Driving License: A valid driving license is required as the role involves traveling within the assigned territory. - Age Limit: Candidates must be 28 years and above.
