We work closely with international manufacturers to bring innovative and high-quality solutions to the Indian healthcare ecosystem. Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive based in Bangalore to promote our portfolio of high-end surgical products to cardiac surgeons, neurosurgeons, and vascular surgeons. The ideal candidate will engage primarily with corporate hospitals and leading medical institutions in Bangalore, with 2–3 short visits per month to other regions in Karnataka, if and when required. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell our medical devices to surgeons and procurement teams in corporate hospitals Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and decision-makers Plan and execute product demonstrations and training sessions for hospital staff and clinicians Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and post-sales support Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and market intelligence Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Represent the company in relevant conferences, workshops, and training programs as needed Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, or related field (preferred) 1–3 years of experience in medical device or pharma sales (experience with surgical products is a plus) Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Willingness to travel 2–3 times a month within Karnataka Fluency in English and Kannada is essential What We Offer Opportunity to work with cutting-edge international medical technologies Competitive compensation and incentive structure Supportive work culture with learning and development opportunities Exposure to some of India’s top hospitals and surgical specialists Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month Benefits: Commuter assistance Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Work Location: In person
