Medical Representative

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Medical Representative (MR) to promote and sell our pharmaceutical products in the Gorakhpur region. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, medical product knowledge, and the ability to build professional relationships with doctors, chemists, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and detail company products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
• Visit assigned customers regularly as per the daily call plan.
• Generate prescriptions and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the territory.
• Ensure proper availability and visibility of products at chemist counters.
• Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and market trends.
• Submit daily reports, tour plans, and monthly performance updates.
• Attend meetings, training programs, and review sessions as required.
• Maintain ethical promotion standards and follow company guidelines.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduate (Preferably B.Sc / B.Pharm), or any graduate with relevant experience.
• Experience: 0–3 years in pharmaceutical sales (Freshers can also apply).
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage field activities.
• Strong dedication to achieve sales targets.
• Two-wheeler and driving license preferred.
