Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for creating and implementing business plans and tactical strategies for your designated territory. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing daily sales call activity in alignment with defined expectations. - Coordinating and reporting to Area Business Managers. - Developing a call plan for the territory and ensuring the number of calls on physicians and pharmacies as per the plan. - Managing the geographic territory to achieve individual, territory, and company sales goals along with appropriate sample distribution. - Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the product(s). - Verifying and completing required data entry in CRM systems, including details of target responses and any follow-up actions. - Regularly communicating with Area Business Managers & Regional Business Managers as necessary. - Participating in conferences, meetings, and training sessions. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's Degree. Preferred Skills: - Ability to work independently and as a team member. - Basic knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry. - Self-motivated and disciplined. In addition to the job specifics, the company offers health insurance as a benefit for this full-time position with a morning shift schedule. There is also a yearly bonus provided.
