Major Accountabilities: Attending the phone calls from the reception / Wards, Doctors etc. for files. Entering the details of files requested in the outgoing register and computer Prepare the tracer card for retrieval the files Filing Lab reports, R.T. Charts etc. Tracing the files in case not received from the consultant room, OPD, ward, and other diagnostic department. Make necessary entry of incoming & outgoing files whenever the files are getting transaction. Key Performance Indicators: Medical Records Tracking Entry of incoming & Outgoing files Receiving incoming calls Liaison Activities Coordination among various Departments
