Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule patient appointments, cancellations, and follow-ups using US-based EHR systems.
Handle inbound and outbound calls with US patients, addressing inquiries on appointments, insurance, and billing with professionalism and a US accent.
Verify insurance eligibility, process referrals, and assist with basic billing tasks while adhering to HIPAA compliance and data security standards.
Update patient records accurately in CRM and EHR platforms, ensuring error-free documentation and timely reporting.
Coordinate with US clinical teams and Hyderabad-based billing specialists to resolve patient issues and streamline operations.
Support additional tasks like appointment reminders or data entry for medical coding, contributing to end-to-end client support.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in any discipline; certifications in Medical Billing preferred.
1-2 years of experience in healthcare BPO, medical reception, or customer service roles serving US clients (healthcare BPO experience a plus).
Excellent communication skills with a clear, neutral US accent
(mandatory; assessed via voice test during interview).
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, US insurance processes (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid), and HIPAA regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and EHR software; typing speed of 45+ WPM.
Comfortable with night shifts (5:30 PM-2:30 AM IST)
