The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in laboratory practices and experience in handling blood samples and laboratory instruments. Educational Qualifications: 12th Grade with Biology, Mathematics, and Pure Science Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT – 2.5 Years) only government medical college or Tamil Nadu government approved college. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical lab or blood center preferred. Key Responsibilities: Collect, label, and analyze blood and other biological samples. Operate and maintain lab equipment and instruments. Record and report results accurately. Ensure compliance with lab safety and hygiene standards. Assist in blood donation camps if required. Preferred Skills: Basic knowledge of blood testing protocols.
