Role & responsibilities Handle inbound/outbound calls from customers, providing excellent service and resolving queries. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner. Assist customers with technical issues or troubleshooting, depending on the process. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure positive customer experience. Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and customer satisfaction metrics. Adhere to company guidelines, policies, and procedures.
