As a Medical Advisor in our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the medical affairs strategy within the country, focusing on diabetes management and related product portfolios. Your expertise and leadership will help us drive scientific innovation, evidence generation, and effective collaboration across internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning : Develop and execute strategies for the launch of new indications/products , with a focus on Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement , medical education , and scientific outreach. Real-World Evidence Generation : Lead and drive real-world evidence (RWE) initiatives in collaboration with local, regional, and global medical teams to address evidence gaps and support product value propositions. Stakeholder Collaboration : Engage with professional associations, KOLs , and healthcare professionals to build and promote scientific advocacy for your assigned therapeutic area (TA) and product portfolio. Medical Education & Scientific Dialogue : Drive medical education initiatives and foster ongoing scientific dialogue within the diabetes therapy area , collaborating with cross-functional teams including regulatory , clinical , and commercial teams. Publication Planning : Identify opportunities for publication projects , such as secondary analyses, review articles, or independent publications , to bridge scientific data gaps and meet medical advocacy needs. Regulatory Compliance : Support the regulatory affairs team to ensure that promotional activities and product packaging comply with local and global regulations. Product Launch Readiness : Ensure organizational preparedness for new product launches, in collaboration with commercial and regulatory teams, to drive scientific advocacy and support market access. Regulatory & Clinical Support : Provide scientific and medical expertise to assist with regulatory submissions, presentations, and approvals related to indication expansions and new product approvals . Required Qualifications & Experience: Medical Degree (MD/MS) in Pharmacology or a related field (desired) from a reputable institution. Minimum of 2 years of experience in industry medical affairs , preferably with a focus on diabetes management . Strong scientific knowledge of diabetes and its treatment options, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders. Proven expertise in strategic planning and analytical problem-solving in complex medical scenarios. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present scientific data to a range of audiences. Ability to drive initiatives with a focus on operational excellence, combining creativity with attention to detail for successful project execution.
