Key Responsibilities: Oversee hospital administration, patient care services, and compliance with NABH & other regulatory standards. Coordinate between medical staff, nursing, and administrative teams to enhance hospital efficiency. Ensure smooth operations of OPD, IPD, Emergency, and Diagnostic services. Manage hospital budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization. Implement policies to improve patient satisfaction and hospital workflow. Handle legal, medico-legal, and accreditation requirements. Lead a multidisciplinary team and ensure effective communication among stakeholders. Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Experience in hospital operations, quality management, and healthcare regulations. Knowledge of hospital accreditation (NABH, NABL, ISO). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and crisis management abilities. Proficiency in hospital management software and IT systems.
