We are hiring for Associate level positions for the role of Media Operations, for a renowned Media and Advertising company based in Pune. Role & Responsibilities: - Work with teams in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada with uploading campaigns to the purchasing platform. - Track and resolve campaign delivery problems as soon as possible to reduce the negative effects on campaign effectiveness. - Monitor campaign performance to make sure it is accomplishing the desired results. - Competitive Analysis and reporting - Digital buy campaign setup - Gather creative specs and oversee the Ad Ops team's digital trafficking needs. - Take charge of billing disputes and provide answers. - Revise media flowcharts according to campaign sorties. - Expertise in setting up campaigns, including ad trafficking, targeting, and tracking. - The capacity to multitask and oversee several campaigns at once while adhering to deadlines and a high standard of accuracy. - Coordinate with internal teams to gather campaign requirements, including targeting parameters, creative assets, and budget allocation. - Continuously monitor campaign performance, including key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and return on ad spend. Qualifications: - A bachelor's degree plus relevant professional experience - 1 to 2 years of expertise in digital marketing, media planning/purchasing, or ad operations; familiarity with any of the DSPs or adservers, such as CM360, GAM, DV360, TTD, GA, etc. - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to work well with partners and cross-functional teams. - An analytical mindset capable of drawing conclusions from campaign data and formulating recommendations based on facts. Demonstrated capacity to function both individually and as a cohesive team. - Organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented; capable of multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced workplace with tight deadlines. - Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and other web technologies is a plus - Willingness to work in night shifts
