Responsibilities Finalize consideration sets, help Analyst/Sr. Analyst to craft RFPs and work with the team to review all proposals from publishers/vendors Lead and oversee Analyst/Sr. Analyst to ensure campaign readiness to launch, campaigns are executed with excellence and plans stay within approved budget Keep abreast of industry trends and assist in knowledge sharing across the team and agency Lead the creation of POVs where necessary of new opportunities and/or vendor updates along with the Manager Assist in reconciliation of discrepant billing issues Serve as an escalation point for Analyst/Senior Analyst to help troubleshoot operational issues Lead by example while developing, motivating, and coaching the Analyst /Senior Analyst. Qualifications A full-time graduate degree (Mandatory) 5 to 7 years of experience in digital campaign management and team management. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Familiarity with Prisma and third-party ad servers (e.g., CM 360, Adform, Flashtalking, etc.) Ability to multi-task, collaborate effectively with teams, and perform well under pressure Excellent time management skills Strong leadership qualities.
