PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads

? Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance.

? Monitor and analyze campaign metrics and KPIs to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.

? Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with client goals.

? Generate regular reports to showcase campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.

? Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators and designers, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

? Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to drive innovation and improve campaign effectiveness.

? Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize campaign elements, including ad copy, landing pages, and targeting.

? Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on data-driven insights and campaign performance analysis.

? Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to proactively identify opportunities for growth.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE:

? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

? Proven experience (2-3 years) in managing paid media campaigns across various platforms.

? In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

? Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

? Proficient in using analytics and reporting tools to track campaign performance (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio, Google Sheets, etc.)

? Agency background preferable
