Job Description

As a Media Buyer at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing lead generation campaigns on Meta (Facebook) and TikTok Ads. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the setup, launch, and daily management of lead generation campaigns on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads. - Supporting in researching and identifying target audiences, demographics, interests, and behaviors relevant to lead generation goals. - Collaborating closely with the creative team to ensure ad creatives are optimized for lead generation and platform best practices. - Monitoring and managing campaign budgets to ensure efficient spending and maximize ROI for lead acquisition. - Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and lead quality. Generating performance reports and identifying areas for improvement. - Assisting in optimizing campaigns based on performance data, including A/B testing ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies. - Staying updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities within Facebook and TikTok advertising with a focus on lead generation. - Contributing to the analysis of campaign data to derive insights and inform future strategies. Qualifications required for this role include: - Basic understanding of Facebook Ads Manager with a focus on lead generation objectives. - Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager campaign structure and ad formats suitable for lead generation. - Ability to interpret data and identify trends. - Strong attention to detail for accurate campaign setup and data analysis. - Eagerness to learn and adapt to new platforms, features, and best practices. - Effective communication skills within the team. - Problem-solving skills for identifying and solving basic campaign-related issues. - Prior experience in lead generation or digital marketing is a plus.
