We’re now scaling with paid ad campaigns, and we need a rockstar Media Buyer to drive high-quality leads that convert. Job Description As our Media Buyer, you’ll plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns to complement our trust-building video content. You’ll work with high-ticket clients, ensuring every dollar spent delivers measurable results. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage ad campaigns on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, or Meta, targeting premium leads. Optimize for ROAS, CTR, and cost per lead using data-driven strategies. Collaborate with our video team to align ads with client branding and goals. Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results. Qualifications 3+ years of experience managing paid ad campaigns, ideally for service-based businesses (e.g., coaches, consultants). Proficiency in Google Ads (YouTube), Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook), or TikTok Ads. Strong analytical skills with a track record of improving ROAS or reducing CAC. Experience with lead generation and a passion for driving measurable outcomes. Excellent communication and ability to work remotely with a fast-paced team. Why Join Us?
