Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee media billing processes using Prisma, Media ocean, and Double Verify. Ensure accuracy in documentation and reporting for all media transactions. Communicate effectively with various teams to streamline operations and resolve issues. Analyze data to support decision-making and optimize billing processes. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of flowcharts, buying guidelines, and budget summaries. Conduct baseline assessments of competitive spending reports and provide insights. Assemble presentation materials and client binders for meetings. Coordinate and set up meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance. Monitor and report on project pacing and delivery timelines to ensure on-time completion. Foster strong cross-functional teamwork and collaboration across departments. Qualifications: 3-5 years of relevant experience in media billing or a related field. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with media billing tools like Prisma, Media ocean, and Double Verify. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
