Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the strategic vision for Wedded Wonderlandmedia assets and brand partnerships, aligned with our global growth and revenue goals. Drive substantial revenue growth by identifying, securing, and nurturing high-value brand and media partnerships across digital, social, events, and influencer collaborations. Build and manage relationships with key clients, agencies, and strategic partners to ensure ongoing satisfaction, repeat business, and strong market presence. Lead the creation of innovative media assets, transforming opportunities into scalable, commercially successful offerings. Establish and lead a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship, professional development, and strategic oversight to achieve ambitious sales targets. Continuously monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities, proactively adjusting strategies to stay ahead. Negotiate and secure strategic contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that drive long-term partnerships and revenue growth. Requirements What Were Looking For: A results-driven leader with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and growth mindset. Proven experience in media sales and brand partnerships, ideally within luxury, lifestyle, events, or wedding industries. Exceptional strategic sales skills with demonstrated success in closing significant partnership deals and delivering multimillion-dollar revenue targets. Comprehensive understanding of digital, social media, and experiential marketing landscapes. Outstanding negotiation, communication, and relationship-building capabilities. Strong analytical acumen to interpret data, measure performance, and inform strategic decisions. Leadership expertise with a successful track record in team building, motivation, and performance management. Bachelordegree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Masterpreferred).
