About The Role

We’re looking for a forward-thinking

Lead Data Consultant/Media Analytics & GenAI Solution Lead

to design and deliver next-gen analytics and

Generative AI solutions

for the media industry. You’ll combine deep media domain knowledge with data-driven strategy to help clients make smarter, faster, and more creative business decisions.Work location :

Mumbai/Delhi/Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Chennai

Education: BE with MBA , experience -5-10 years

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the design and implementation of data analytics and GenAI-powered solutions across the media value chain (linear, OTT, content, advertising).
  • Build and operationalize LLM-based models, leveraging prompt engineering and applied AI to solve unique media challenges.
  • Translate business needs into analytical frameworks and actionable insights.
  • Engage directly with clients, shaping problem statements and presenting solutions with clear business value.
  • Partner with internal teams and leadership to drive innovation, pre-sales, and business growth.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years in data analytics, consulting, or media analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLMs / prompt engineering.
  • Deep understanding of the media value chain and related KPIs.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills – able to turn data into decisions.
  • Excellent client engagement, communication, and project management abilities.
  • Experience in business development or solution consulting is highly preferred.

Nice To Have

  • Exposure to cloud data ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Prior work with top consulting or media analytics firms
