Noos AI is building the next-generation intelligence layer for wind operations — connecting inspection, prediction, and action through robotics and AI. We’re developing robotic manipulators and intelligent agents that automate turbine inspections, maintenance, and decision-making for renewable energy operators.

We’re currently deploying our first robotic inspection systems with Wind World India, integrating hardware, software, and AI into one platform.

The Role

We’re looking for a Mechatronics Engineer who’s fluent in both mechanical systems and software — someone who can make robots move precisely, think intelligently, and operate reliably in tough environments.

You’ll work hands-on at our Mumbai lab to develop, test, and deploy robotic arms and inspection systems designed for wind turbine maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical systems, end-effectors, and fixtures for 6-DOF robotic manipulators.
• Integrate and calibrate ultrasonic sensors, cameras, torque and force sensors into robotic systems.
• Develop embedded firmware and control software in Python/C++/ROS for motion control and automation.
• Collaborate with AI and software engineers to connect robotic data streams to the Noos AI inspection platform.
• Conduct on-site testing, calibration, and maintenance at client turbine sites.
• Ensure system safety, precision, and repeatability through mechanical and software optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechatronics, Robotics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong background in robotic systems, motion control, and ROS/MoveIt frameworks.
• Proficient in Python, C++, and embedded programming.
• Hands-on experience with CAD design (SolidWorks/Fusion 360) and rapid prototyping.
• Practical knowledge of sensors, actuator integration, and control algorithms.
• Willingness to work on-site full-time in Mumbai and visit turbine sites as needed.

Bonus Points

• Experience with ultrasonic testing or industrial automation systems.
• Familiarity with AI-based perception and control, Gazebo/Isaac Sim, or digital twin systems.
• Prior work in wind, energy, or robotics environments.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
