Role Overview: As a Mechanical Supervisor at our company located in Bharuch, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing maintenance activities. Your role will involve coordinating maintenance management systems, ensuring the efficient operation of equipment, and supervising maintenance staff to achieve operational goals. Your focus will be on preventive maintenance and inspection tasks to maintain the smooth functioning of equipment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise maintenance staff to ensure efficient operation - Coordinate maintenance management systems for timely preventive maintenance tasks - Conduct inspections and general maintenance activities to uphold equipment integrity - Utilize strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in maintenance tasks - Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills to lead the maintenance team effectively - Work on-site to oversee maintenance activities - Preferably hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field - Possess relevant industry certifications and experience in plant maintenance (a plus) Qualifications Required: - Supervisory skills and experience in managing maintenance staff - Proficiency in preventive maintenance and maintenance management - Expertise in inspections and general maintenance - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to work on-site - Preferably hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field - Possess relevant industry certifications and experience in plant maintenance (a plus),
