Job Summary: We are seeking a Supervisor for Mechanical Assembly, responsible for Calibration of Flow Meters, and Planning & Monitoring the production activities. Key Responsibilities: Calibrate and test flow meters according to established procedures. Document calibration results and maintain accurate records for quality and traceability. Plan and monitor daily activities for mechanical assembly and calibration lab. Identify and report non-conforming products or calibration issues. Support root cause analysis and corrective actions when calibration results fall outside tolerance. Ensure routine maintenance and cleaning of calibration facility. Assist in developing or improving calibration procedures and process documentation. Use computer systems (e.g., ERP, Excel) for recording production and calibration data. Comply with ISO standards, safety guidelines, and internal quality management systems. Collaborate with engineering, QA, and production teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery. Desired Skills and Competencies: Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics. Experience: 3-4 years in Manufacturing / Engineering company in a similar role. Proficient in the use of calibration tools and measurement equipment. Good communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills. Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
