Key Responsibilities Sales and Business Development Identify and generate new leads for industrial machinery sales. Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and MSMEs. Present and demonstrate products to clients, showcasing their technical benefits. Client Consultation Understand client requirements and recommend suitable machinery solutions. Provide technical guidance and after-sales support to clients. Market Analysis Analyze market trends to identify business opportunities in industrial sectors. Research upcoming industrial areas to expand market reach. Reporting and Coordination Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market insights. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and installation of machinery. Brand Promotion Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client visits to promote the brand. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials. Required Skills and Qualifications Education: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE/B.Tech). Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of industrial machinery and metal processing equipment. Sales Acumen: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Problem-Solving: Ability to assess client needs and propose effective solutions. IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software. Travel: Willingness to travel as per business requirements. Preferred Attributes Prior experience in industrial machinery sales is a plus. Understanding of the supply chain and manufacturing sectors.
