Mechanical Manager Power Plant

1. Maintenance of IBR Valves, Control valve like Lapping and polishing gland replacement

bonnet seal ring replacement, safety valve maintenance.

2. Maintenance of ID/FD/PA Fans as like bearing clearance, IGV adjusting and fan impeller gap

setting of fan with casing and back plate.

3. Preventive, breakdown & shutdown Maintenance jobs of AFBC, CFBC and WHRB and ESP

as like boiler tube repair, coal nozzle replacement & repair , DB plate, Nonmetallic Expansion

bellow with bolyster and ESP hammer, anvil and collecting plate emitting plate alignment and

insulator replacement.

4. Maintenance of pumps as like Reciprocating (HP Dosing, LP dosing) pump and centrifugal pump,

vertical pump, submersible pump.

5. Gear box Maintenance Make Greaves Premium, Elecon Gear, Shanti gear cooling tower gear

box maintenance work.

6. Alignment of Rotary Equipment’s.

7. Trouble shooting of rotary equipment’s.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
