Job Description

Role & responsibilities Machine Maintenance: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Grinding Machines, Honing Machines, SPMs, and Heat Treatment Equipment . Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose mechanical faults and implement quick fixes to minimize downtime. Breakdown Analysis: Identify root causes of recurring failures and recommend corrective actions. Shift Operations: Work in rotational shifts to provide continuous maintenance support. Spare Parts Management: Monitor and maintain spare parts inventory for timely repairs. Process Optimization: Improve machine efficiency and reliability through predictive maintenance techniques. Quality & Compliance: Ensure maintenance activities comply with ISO, IATF QMS, and safety regulations . Hydraulics & Pneumatics: Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems in machines. Heat Treatment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of furnaces, quenching systems, and temperature controls . Documentation & Reporting: Maintain logs of maintenance activities, downtime reports, and improvement initiatives. Safety & 5S Compliance: Follow workplace safety guidelines, 5S principles, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) . Team Coordination: Work closely with production and electrical maintenance teams for seamless operations.
