Job Description

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports. Ø Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to maintenance crew. Ø Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications. Ø Taking care of Utility Maintenance, Plant Maintenance, Weigh Bridge, Pump House, Preventive maintenance etc. Ø Should take care of Paper Bailer, Metal Bailer and Vinyl bailer. Ø Operations & Maintenance of Utilities. Ø Fault diagnosis & rectification, technical skills for sound, cost effective & quality repairs/ overhauling with precision, Problem solving and troubleshooting of plant equipment, monitoring. Ø Erection, commissioning and Plant modification jobs. Ø Co-ordinate with plant & external agency for predictive, routine maintenance, preventive maintenance and shutdown maintenance in a planned manner & prioritization. Ø Utility Operations & Maintenance budget preparation, monitoring & control, expense record & downtime analysis, root cause failure analysis. Ø Knowledge of Instrumentation or Electrical systems would be an added advantage. Ø Work involves checking, repairing and servicing machinery, equipment, systems and infrastructures. Ø Responsible for carrying out calibration, preventive and breakdown maintenance of equipment's. Ø Responsible to maintain critical spares so as to avoid last minute firefighting. Ø Erection & Commissioning, Operation & Maintenance and troubleshooting of WTP & WWTP system Ø To ensure compliance to statutory requirements and Internal /external audit/ standards and procedure. Note: Candidate should be local of Andhra Pradesh only. No direct walk-in. Shortlisted candidates will be scheduled for interview.
